1 Tablespoon honey

2 Tablespoons coconut oil

3 Tablespoons water

Get your oven ready use the settings you normally use for cookies I use 350f but some oven are different use what is best for you.

Place parchment paper in a cookie sheet.

Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well until they are smooth you can add more water if needed.

Break off small pieces and roll into about 1 inch balls.

Put them on the parchment paper leave about 1/2” between each ball

Finally bake for about 5 minutes then flip them over and bake another 5 minutes then let them cool on a rack if you have one if not just let them cool longer in the pan

You can also keep these in the refrigerator or you can freeze them for longer storage.

Try a few at first to see if they like them .

Another great way can pour some coconut water into ice trays and freeze them Just give them to your pets on hot days as a treat.

For a change mix some peanut butter and coconut oil thin it with coconut water place in ice trays and freeze this is a cold and nutritious treat and they seam to love it on hot summer days
